BEER

There are two major types of beer, Lager and Ale. The Florida Brewery focuses on Lager beer. Lager yeast is much more fragile than Ale yeast and requires more specific conditions to thrive. Traditional lagers tend towards a lighter, clear appearance; have a lower alcohol content and a sweeter, smoother, crisp flavor from the higher sugar content, slow fermentation and cold treatment

POLAR PILSEN

Tropical characteristics of a Pilsner-style blonde beer that has been adapted for warmer climates. It is light-bodied with high drinkability which is why it has lasted the tests of time and has been a beer of choice since 1941!

MALTA

Malta is a lightly carbonated malt beverage brewed from barley, hops and water. It include sugar or sweetener and usually caramel color. It is non-alcoholic and consumed like soda or tea. All of the Malta at The Florida Brewery is authentically brewed with raw materials sourced from the US and Canada.
